Returns Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges (only in case of any defects ) within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- If the customer raises a return or exchange request for a product with no defects, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
- Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Share an email stating the reasons to return and order details at info@getyourownshirts.com

Kindly attach the following without which your request cannot be processed:
- Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
- Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
- Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided

The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to understand.
- How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit : It usually takes 7 business days for the return to be initiated and pick up scheduled.
- Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay : It depends on the pin code, and will be informed through email chain reply
