If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a reason, we're here to help!


We offer free returns or exchanges (only in case of any defects ) within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method which will be credited within 7 - 10 business days.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Share an email stating the reasons to return and order details at support@gyosbrand.com
  4. Kindly attach the following without which your request cannot be processed:
    1. Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
    2. Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
  5. Send all items back to us using the label provided

The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to understand.

  • It usually takes 7 business days for the return to be initiated and pick up scheduled.

  • No shipping fees for return needs to be paid.

 Exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  1. Discounted items or items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged
  2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  3. If you a return or exchange request for a product with defects, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
