Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges (only in case of any defects ) within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  2. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  4. If the customer raises a return or exchange request for a product with no defects, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Share an email stating the reasons to return and order details at info@getyourownshirts.com
  4. Kindly attach the following without which your request cannot be processed:
    1. Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
    2. Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
    3. Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
  5. Send all items back to us using the label provided

The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to understand.

  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit : It usually takes 7 business days for the return to be initiated and pick up scheduled.
  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay : It depends on the pin code, and will be informed through email chain reply
